Bedrooms: All bedrooms with twin beds, modern furnishings of the highest quality and ample wardrobe space and 3 with en-suites.
Downstairs bedroom uses family bathroom.
Bathrooms: Master en-suite contains a jacuzzi bath/shower, toilet, bidet, and twin wash basin.
Bedroom 2 en-suite has a bath/shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin.
Bedroom 3 en suite has a shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin.
Bedroom 4 uses family bathroom.
Kitchen: Open plan kitchen with cooking island and breakfast bar. Cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, and ironing board.

There is a harbour with boat trips throughout the day and plenty of entertainment going on all day and night. Coast/Beach Nearest harbour at Lagos 2km. The beach is accessed by steps and only a 5 minute walking distance from the villa. There are superb restaurants near the beach both serving international and local cuisine. Sunbeds and umbrellas are for rent, separate water sports area. Diving school 300m from the beach. Scenic walks along the beach and cliff tops stretching 5km from the villa to Praia de Luz. Golf In the surroundings of Lagos there are at least four superb golf courses. Nearest is Boavista 5 minutes drive from the villa. Palmares golf course is located just outside Lagos, approx 10 min drive from the town centre. Parque de Floresta is within 30 mins of the town centre of Lagos.
Come arrivarci:	•When leaving Faro Airport you will come to a roundabout •Stay right, taking your first exit onto a main roadway and follow the blue signs for IC4 Loule/Lisboa •Drive approximately 5km on this main roadway which has traffic lights, until you see an exit with a blue sign again for IC4 Loule/Lisboa •Take this exit which puts you on a four lane motorway •Stay on this route for another 4-5km •Take the exit for the A22 Albufeira/Lisboa •The A22 is a 4-lane motorway, that takes you all the way to Lagos •Take the Lagos exit; just after the Lagos Area de Servico (Service Station) •Note: Do not take the Lagos Este Exit •Drive to Roundabout and take the 1st and only exit •At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit N125 Lagos •There should be a petrol station on the left. •At the next roundabout take a right onto the ‘Turisto Local’ •At the next roundabout go straight on which takes you onto Avenida Paul Harris •At the next junction turn right •Go straight on for approx 500m past the apartment blocks to a final mini roundabout and turn right •The villa is the last one on the left number 22
