The house is situated in the heart of Amelie les Bains, right on the banks of the river Tech, within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops. Amelie les Bains enjoys 300 days of sunshine per annum in this unspoilt region of the South of France. It's the perfect centre from which to explore the area, ranging from majestic mountains to miles of sandy beaches. The whole area is steeped in history. The house is very comfortable and spacious, comprising sitting room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor; three bedrooms, bathroom and WC on the first floor, with a basement "cave". There is a lovely balcony in the main bedroom and outside there is a garden and a patio for relaxing, eating the local produce, or having a glass of local wine.
